Fishing rods can often make an suitable antenna mast for both "field use" and "stealth" operations from deed-restricted properties.

In this video, Tom (N7KOM) shows how he modified an AliExpress telescoping fishing rod to support his portable antennas.

The mast is lightweight and can be stored in your emergency "go-kit."
