How to build a 2 meter Halo Antenna

The Halo Antenna is a fascinating piece of Amateur Radio antenna art.  The design was popular with mobile and portable operators many years ago.

In this video from Chuck (KK6USY), we get an excellent introduction to the theory behind the design and some practical suggestions on construction, testing, and use of this "classic" 2 meter antenna.
