Here's a great weekend project that will improve your coverage and efficiency on the 2m/70cm amateur radio bands.

In this video, Dave Tadlock (KG0ZZ) shows us how to design, build, test, and use a simple dual band VHF/UHF antenna.

This vertical dipole antenna is perfect for both portable and home station use.
