My favourite HF antenna is my 71 feet long (21.64 meter) long wire antenna.

In this video from Allan Valencia (VA3BHY), we see why he favors a long wire HF antenna extending to 71 feet or 21.64 meters.  He provides SWR data and other interesting aspects of what he calls "my favourite HF antenna."

While long wires may not be your preferred antenna arrangement, these "classic" HF antennas do have some fascinating properties.  Build one and try it out. You may be pleasantly surprised.
